Refund Policy

This policy explains the 30-day return and exchange program, merchant-paid return shipping, defect remedies, cancellations, and refunds offered by NeeDoh to U.S. customers.

Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges

You may request a no-reason return or exchange within 30 days after delivery.

Refund Timing and Cancellations

After receipt and inspection, an authorized refund is issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days; the financial institution may need additional posting time.

A cancellation may be requested before the order ships. Once shipment has occurred, the request is handled under this Refund Policy.

How an Approved Return Works

Unless we approve another destination in writing, send the authorized return to 42 Clinton St, Cambridge, Massachusetts, 02139, United States. Items sent without authorization may not be accepted.

Pack the item securely and include its components and original packaging when reasonably possible. Handling beyond what is reasonably needed to inspect the product may affect the available remedy where law permits.

Exceptions to Change-of-Mind Returns

Change-of-mind returns exclude personalized items, clearance and Final Sale products, gift cards, and opened goods of an intimate or hygiene-sensitive nature.

These exclusions never reduce rights or remedies for merchandise that is damaged, defective, wrong, incomplete, or missing, and they do not limit non-waivable rights under applicable law.

Return Shipping at Our Expense

NeeDoh pays return shipping for each authorized no-reason return or exchange and also for damaged, defective, wrong, incomplete, or missing items. The store supplies a prepaid label or an equivalent free return arrangement.
